These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OLOS mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by OLOS Inc. ("OLOS," "we," "our," or "us").
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use OLOS.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Use of the Services
OLOS is a wellness application designed to help users track health-related habits and generate a momentum-based score based on information they choose to provide.
You agree to use OLOS only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of any law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
- Reverse engineer, copy, modify or distribute the software except where permitted by law.
- Interfere with the operating or security of the Services.
- Use the Services in a manner that could harm OLOS or other users.
3. No Medical Advice
OLOS is intended solely for general wellness and educational purposes.
OLOS is not a medical device and does not provide, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical recommendations.
The OLOS score, insights, trends, and other information generated by the Services are intended only to help users understand their own health-related habits and should not be relied upon as medical advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or treatment.
Never disregard professional medical advice because of information provided by OLOS.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Ensuring that your device remains secure.
- Deciding how to interpret and act upon any information or insights generated by OLOS.
- Complying with all applicable laws while using the Services.
You acknowledge that inaccurate or incomplete information entered into OLOS may affect the accuracy of the insights and score generated by the app.
5. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You agree to notify OLOS promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
OLOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that present security, fraud, or misuse concerns.
6. Intellectual Property
The OLOS name, logo, branding, software, algorithms, graphics, design, text, images, interfaces, trademarks, and all related intellectual property are owned by OLOS Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Services.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without prior written permission from OLOS Inc.
7. User Consent
You retain ownership of the information you submit to OLOS.
By submitting information to the Services, you grant OLOS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, store, display, and analyze that information solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, improving and developing the Services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability of the Services
While we strive to provide reliable access to OLOS, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OLOS Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
OLOS is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your reliance on information, scores, or insights generated by the Services.
OLOS does not guarantee that use of the Services will improve your health, achieve any fitness or weight-loss goal, or produce any particular outcome.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OLOS Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable law.
- Your infringement of the rights of another person or organization.
11. Termination
OLOS may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:
- You violate these Terms.
- We reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.
- Continued access may create security or legal risks.
You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
